What are the warning signs of gum disease?

Bleeding when brushing, persistent bad breath, receding or tender gums, and teeth that feel loose can all be early signs. Gum disease is often painless in its early stages, which is why regular assessments matter.

Can gum disease be reversed?

Gingivitis, the earliest stage of gum disease, is usually fully reversible with professional treatment and good home care. More advanced periodontal disease can be effectively managed and stabilised with the right therapy and ongoing maintenance.

Is periodontal treatment painful?

Most non surgical treatments are very comfortable, and we use gentle techniques and effective local anaesthetic where needed. Your comfort guides every step of your care.

Will I need surgery for my gums?

Not necessarily. We always begin with the most conservative effective option. Surgical procedures such as grafting or regeneration are recommended only where they genuinely protect your long term oral health.
